As a qualified Executive coach and Speaker trainer, she is focussed, passionate and curious and likes to really get underneath the skin of the business to ensure any solutions are tailored to the individuals and the companies’ exact requirements, thus delivering tangible results - quickly.
Although highly professional, she passionately believes that the most effective way to cope with change is to help create it, and her collaborative, engaging style ensures every single person in any organisation plays an integral part in shaping its future. Engagement is key – when everybody has clarity and commitment and feels part of something great that’s when the real magic happens and lasts.
I do not exaggerate when I say that Aly has been pivotal to the progress, momentum and success of the project. She has directed the senior leadership team (70 individuals), working with our own in-house project team to ensure that we hit our project milestones, deliver an engaging programme of implementation and communication, while also making it fun and relevant.
In short, the success that we are now reaping from the project (ongoing) would not, in my view, have come about without Aly’s direction and orchestration. She is experienced, creative, imaginative, very professional but also fun to deal with.
